This is a matchbook, circa 1960, from Village Club and Liquors, 5265 W. 95th Street, Oak Lawn. The matchcover has a white background and three sections: the first section has the business name and address as well as "Air Conditioned" printed in black; the second section has the phone number printed in black against a yellow background; and the third section has an illustration of a pin-up girl, wearing an animal print bikini and high heels, with the phrase "To Be Or Not To Be" printed on the side. |
