This item is a promotional postcard for Thomas V. Powell distributed during the 1977 mayoral campaign. It is white and gray in color and features an image of his family. Powell was mayor for a short time in 1973 after defeating Fred M. Dumke. The results were later reversed by a court decision and recount. |
