This is a 1930 Kiwanis ribbon, commemorating the thirteenth annual convention of the Illinois-Eastern Iowa District of the organization held September 22-24, 1929 in Springfield, Illinois. Raymond S. Blunt, Sr. was a lifelong member of the Kiwanis, serving as a president and as governor during his membership. The dark blue ribbon has the Kiwanis logo in the center with the convention information underneath, all printed in gold. |
