Description |
This is a postcard, produced by C.R. Childs Photograph Post Cards, of Oak Lawn Lake in 1916. The front of the card has a black & white photo of the lake with a small island, a group of boys swimming, and the Auschwitz house on the right. The title, "View of Lake, Oak Lawn ILL", is printed in white along the bottom edge. The back of the card has preprinted text, including the publisher's information, and a handwritten note "Merrill Phillips drowned 6/30/16 in Oak Lawn Lake." |
