This is a matchbook, circa 1975, from Mid America Inn, 5001 W. 79th Street, Oak Lawn. Although the address is listed as Oak Lawn the hotel was actually located in Burbank. The building was demolished around 2015. The matchcover has a black background with gold printing and three sections: the first section has the hotel's name and address; the second section has the phone number; and the third section has the parent corporation printed. The interior of the matchcover has a white background with black printing and lists the The Futterman Corporation Hotels across the United States. |
