Description |
This is an EKC real photo postcard of Covington School, 9130 S. 52nd Avenue, Oak Lawn, as it appeared shortly after its completion. Covington School was completed in 1938 with the assistance of a Works Progress Administration grant. The front of the card has a black & white photo of the school exterior and the title "Public School Oak Lawn ILL" is printed in white near the lower left corner. The back has preprinted text, including the publisher's imprint. |
