This is a matchbook, circa 1970, from Blue Star Motel, 10255 Harlem Avenue, Oak Lawn. At the time, this area was part of the greater Oak Lawn area but now is in Chicago Ridge. The matchcover has a blue-green background with black printing and three sections: the first section is the motel name, address, and location; the second section is the motel's phone number; and the third section is an illustration of a motel sign with the motel building behind it. |
