Description |
This is a matchbook, created for the 1976 United States Bicentennial celebration, from Holiday Inn of Oak Lawn, 4140 W. 95th Street, Oak Lawn. The matchcover has a variety of illustrations ranging from an Indy racing car to a helicopter to a bust of John F. Kennedy, Jr. to several depictions of the NASA space program, including a seal for the Apollo 11 mission to the moon. The interior of the matchcover has a dark blue background with white printing and contains the address, phone number, and a blurb about the hotel. Additionally, the phrase "Happy Birthday, America" is printed across the match section. |
