This is an aerial photograph of the intersection of 95th Street and Cicero Avenue looking from south to north. 95th Street runs from left (east) to right (west) across the bottom of the picture. Cicero Avenue runs from the bottom (north) to the top (south) of the picture. On the left, Pete Georges Chevrolet located at 9440 S. Cicero Avenue on the northwest corner of the intersection is visible. Old Kent Bank located at 9400 S. Cicero can be seen. The D-Lux Motel located at 4811 W. Columbus and a Marathon gas station located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Cicero and Southwest Highway are also visible. On the right, the Kole Pontiac dealership, the Oak Lawn Hilton at 94th Street and Cicero (9333 South Cicero Avenue), and St. Paul Federal Bank at 9401 S. Cicero are visible. The Coral Plaza shopping center is seen in the far right of the picture. A new Walgreens store is under construction at 4740 W. 95th Street, on the northeast corner of the intersection. It will replace the Walgreens in the Green Oak complex. White Castle, located at 9501 S. Cicero, occupies the southeast corner of the intersection. |
