This is a photograph of Phyllis Eberhardt in the Village of Oak Lawn Public Works Department, 5252 W. Dumke Drive. The black & white snapshot shows a woman, seated behind her desk, taking a phone call. There is another desk behind hers and large black filing cabinets can be see in the far background. A large window is on the right side of the image. The following year the building was demolished and replaced by the Village Green park. |
