Description |
This is a photograph of the Oak Lawn Round-Up Days Parade. It features a car carrying the world's tallest man in America (Donald A. Koehler) dressed as an Indian in the parade as it moves westbound on 95th Street. The sign on the car names two business sponsors, Mode O' Day and Mal's Men's Shop, both located at 5235 W. 95th Street. Spectators can be seen lining the sidewalks and watching from the roof top of Zale's Frozen Custard located at 5540 W. 95th Street. Also visible in the background are red trailers with Southwest Distributors signs which belong to Oak Lawn Beer Distributing located at 5510 W. 95th Street. |
