Description |
This is a photograph of the construction of the Metra commuter parking lot at 95th Street and 51st Avenue. It looks north from the railroad tracks at Sproat Avenue and curbs are being added to the parking lot. Pilgrim Faith United Church of Christ is in the back ground on the left, cars are parked in the church's lot. The garage in the middle of the photograph is part of the church's parsonage house located on Sproat Avenue behind (east) the church. Cars are parked on the east side of Sproat Avenue just left of the utility pole in the right. A worker in a skid steer and another worker on foot can be seen on the site which is dotted with marker flags. |
