This is a photograph of damages after the 1967 Oak Lawn tornado. The black & white image shows the south end of Oak Lawn Community High School where the storm destroyed the pool area. A pile of rubble fills the center of the photo. The interior of the building is exposed and a rack holding athletic jackets can be seen near the upper right side of the photo. |
