This is a photograph of the groundbreaking ceremonies for the Oak Lawn Train Station project which included a new station dedicated on December 21, 2005 and a two-story commercial building on the southwest corner of 95th Street and 51st Avenue, now known as 5100 Museum Drive, to house retail businesses and the Oak Lawn Children's Museum. The people in the photograph are unidentified. In the background, a construction office trailer and a skid-steer loader are visible. In the background on the right, the Oak Lawn Metra Station/Patriot Station Parking Garage is under construction. |
