This is a photograph, circa 1929, of the Bugle, Fife and Drum Corps sponsored by Boy Scout Troop 682 of the First Congregational Church. The black & white image was taken in the Rathje backyard, 9833 Cook Avenue and shows a group of uniform clad boys posing for the photo with their instruments in front of them. The boy on the left side is holding an American flag. Left to right: Thomas Watson; Joseph Meyer; Austin DeVane; Thomas Malmer; James Rathje; Leo DeRuntz; Henry Malmer; and Major Torey. |
