Description |
This is a photograph of the train depot at Fort Worth, Texas taken during World War I. It features a number of buildings and rail cars. This image was owned by WWI veteran Stephen Fabian, father of Oak Lawn resident Frank Fabian. Stephen enlisted in the Army in 1917 and was honorably discharged after suffering an injury. In 1918 he was drafted by the Army and served until being honorably discharged again the following year. |
