This is a photographic slide of damages after the 1967 Oak Lawn tornado. The color image shows two unidentified men looking on as another man uses a bulldozer to clear debris near a house located just south of 95th Street on Southwest Highway. To the northwest, cars can be seen moving along Southwest Highway. The damaged pedestrian overpass near the high school is visible in the background as well as a dump truck and other heavy equipment working to clear debris. |
