This is a photograph of Arthur (Art) Eichler, Sr. being interviewed by Valetta (Pfeifer) Reynolds. The black & white image shows the two people sitting in a living room, facing each other. A television can be seen behind them. Eichler was a long-time resident of Oak Lawn and active in both the Oak Lawn Police Department and Oak Lawn Fire Department. Reynolds was a member of the Oak Lawn Jubilee Committee and the newly organized Oak Lawn Historical Society. She conducted interviews for publication in the Southwest Suburbanite Oak Lawn Jubilee Special Edition which was published in August 1959.
