This large scale photo is of the Class of 1943, Covington School. The black and white photo appears to be taken indoors, most likely in the gymnasium of the school, of a large group of children and two adults. The first row of students are all boys, seated cross-legged and the second row are boys and girls, sitting in chairs. The rest of the group are standing. Bunting with stars and stripes are hanging behind the group. There is a penciled notation on the verso identifying the school and year. |
