This is a photograph of damages after the 1967 Oak Lawn tornado. The black & white image looks east from the northeast corner of 95th Street and Southwest Highway. The gasoline pumps in the foreground are at Doc's Standard Service Station and the heavily damaged Red Barn Drive-In Restaurant is in the background. Several damaged cars are parked on the right side of the photo and two people can be seen on the left. |
