This is an aerial view of 95th Street and Cook Avenue looking north taken in 1957. The Pine Tree Trailer Park, on the northwest corner of 95th Street and Raymond Avenue, is visible on the left. In addition the Oak Lawn Public Library, Village Hall, Public Safety Building, Sinclair Service Station, water tower, Masonic Lodge, Nick's Tap (formerly Schultz's Tavern and Jim's Tap) and other structures can be seen. The first Oak Lawn Public Library building is situated behind the service station. |
