This is a letter written by Ernest Luse to a woman named Eva in response to a request for information about Boy Scout Troop 682. The two page documents contains a page about Luse's life and interests with the second page containing a short history of the troop. Luse recalls that the troop was formed with a membership of 15 boys and that their first meeting room was at Cook Avenue School. He served as Scoutmaster for 10 years and brought the boys annually to Camp Owassippi near Muskegon, Michigan. Luse also mentions his Patrol Leaders: Donald Wagner, Thomas Malmer, James Ratje (sic), and Arthur Lees. |
