A photocopy of a map titled Lutgert's Subdivision of the west 1/4 of the north 1/4 of the east 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 9, Township 37 North, Range 13 east of the 3rd Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. The boundaries of the subdivision were W. 95th Street on the north, the east line of the west 1/4 of the east 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 9, T-37, R-13 on the east, W. 96th Street on the south and the center line of S. 49th Avenue. The owners of the property were Grover Lutgert and his wife, Ella (Gierz) Lutgert. The subdivision was surveyed by Joseph Burda, Jr, of Burda and Van Scheltama Surveyors, on October 10, 1946. The President and Board of Trustees of Oak Lawn approved the document on February 11, 1947. It was filed with Cook County on March 13, 1947. |
