A photocopy of a map titled Fred'k H. Bartlett's Pleasant Hill Gardens being a subdivision of that part of the W. 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 3, Town 37 N, Range 13 E of the 3rd prinicipal meridian, lying north of the right of way of the Chicago & Strawn Railway Co., now the Wabash Railway Co. The subdivision was bounded by S. Cicero Avenue on the west and S. Kenton Avenue on the east and by the center of W. 91st Street on the north. The owner of the property was the Frederick H. Bartlett Realty Co. (not incorporated). The property was surveyed by A.I. SIlander on August 27, 1923. The document was approved September 17, 1923 and recorded at Cook County on September 20, 1923. There is an additional subdivision listed on the document that is not related to Oak Lawn properties. |
