This is a Boy Scouts of America, Chicago Council, reservation permit for Camp Kiwanis. Troop 682 applied to use Cabin 2 at the camp March 21-22, 1942 with an anticipated attendance of seven scouts and one adult. The camp's caretaker had a checklistto fill out, including grading the troops on activities, clean-up after using the facilities, and observance of camp regulations among other things. Troop 682 received full marks for their excursion. Camp Kiwanis was located near Willow Springs. It is now part of Cook County Forest Preserves and is an equestrian staging area. |
