Title Oak Lawn Round-Up Days Parade, 1952
Description This is a photograph of the 1952 Oak Lawn Round-Up Parade. It features a man on horseback believed to be Bob Atcher, singing cowboy of radio and television. Mr. Atcher performed each evening at the stage set up at 95th Street and LaCrosse Avenue (one block west of Cicero). A guitar can be seen hanging from the horse's saddle. In this photo, the parade is moving westbound on 95th Street just past 54th Avenue. Lee's Food Shop located at 5402 W. 95th Street. Spectators can be seen lining the parade route.
